Drilling rig URB-4T

Drilling rig URB-4T is intended for oil-well drilling of searching and geophysical holes, proving mineral deposits, building materials and undeground waters, and also water-well and blast-hole drilling. There are some kind of drilling: wash drilling, air-flush drilling or auger drilling.

Technical description

• the installation is mounted on a frame of caterpillar tractor and operated by the diesel engine of the tractor
• traveling along the mast and hydraulically driven swivel head jointly with special elevator is applied for screwing together and unscreing drill pipes, and for handling running-pulling 
• handling of drilling tools to the down-hole is carried out by hydraulic cylinder: that ensures optimal pressure to the dow-hole, including by pneumatic impact drilling, and allows highly efficient drilling of rocks of any hardness  
• management of installation is carried out from a control 
• two persons serve the installation.

Complete equipment of drilling rig URB-4T includes the mud pump NB-50 and two compressors K-5A (or 4VU1-5/9).
