Drilling rig TSBU-200M

Self-propelled drilling rig TSBU-200M is applied for prospecting and exploratory drilling of vertical and slanted wells in adverse terrain.

The installation is mounted on a special caterpillar frame-basis and includes: electrically driven drilling rig SKB-4, pump NBZ120/40, SM series synchronous generator, tubing pivot RT-1200M, electric hot-air heater SFO-25, generator drive, mast's understructure, control panels.

Technical description

• at transportation the mast is placed along the rig direct-axis
• elevation of the mast from transport position and lowering is carried out by hydraulic equipment in two stages: the central portion of the mast is lifted by hydraulic jack and is mounted to the understructure; then the top portion is lifted until its locking by latching devices with the central portion
• setup of the mast for slant drilling is carried out manually; setup from inclined position to vertical position is carried out by the hydraulic jack
• hydraulic control is located on support of the mast's understructure in the cabin
• tubing pivot is mounted on special frame which provides the required inclination angle
• to reduce the load on the tractor's undercarriage during drilling three screw-jacks are applied
